We are delighted to announce that two of our affordable housing projects have been shortlisted in different categories in the Scottish Home Awards 2024. Both projects are with Connect Modular who are innovative suppliers in modular off-site manufacture.
Shortlisted in the over 100 unit category, the Bridgehouse Hill project in Kilmarnock provides 101 new homes and was the largest modular low-rise development in Scotland.
In the under 100 unit category, the Afton Court project in Stevenston sees the creation of six new amenity bungalows within a brownfield site.
