Hallam House in Beeswing has won the Development for Rented Properties Award at the Chartered Institute of Housing Excellence Awards event held in Glasgow.
This 5 home autism-friendly development for Loreburn Housing Association was designed around the needs of people with profound and multiple learning disabilities. The intensive supported living service is also suitable for people with complex needs related to autism.
The new homes incorporate assistive technology and a number of energy efficiency measures including a ground source heat pump.
