Eastriggs Affordable Housing Completed

We are delighted completion on our new affordable housing development at Stanfield Farm, Eastriggs has been achieved delivering 74 high-quality homes for the local community on an allocated housing site, shaped by the wider masterplan for the area.
The scheme provides a varied mix of homes for Cunninghame Housing Association Ltd including houses and amenity bungalows to support a range of needs, from general needs housing to options better suited for older residents and people with additional mobility requirements.
The development takes into account future pedestrian, cycle and road connections to surrounding areas as part of the wider masterplan.
A key feature is the generous green space and landscaping, with publicly accessible open areas and pedestrian-friendly routes that support social connection, recreation and biodiversity through native planting.
