Homes For Scotland Award

We are delighted West Dunbartonshire Council’s newly completed Willox Park (Phase 1) development was named Winner in the Affordable Development of the Year – Small (up to 35 homes) category at the Homes for Scotland Awards.

Willox Park delivered 17 high‑quality, energy‑efficient sheltered homes, arranged around a shared courtyard to support community living. Built by McTaggart Construction, the scheme demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability and resident wellbeing.
