Net Zero Industrial Units Commence On Site

Delighted to share that Clark Contracts have officially commenced construction on two new net zero in use light industrial units for our client South Lanarkshire Council at Cathcart Road, Rutherglen.

Designed to be an exemplar for low‑energy commercial development, the project combines a range of sustainable features including PV panels with battery storage, air‑source heat pumps, rainwater harvesting, SUDS, and high‑performance fabric and services, all aimed at delivering future‑ready workspaces.
