Doncaster Care Home Completed

We are delighted our new care home in Doncaster has been completed. This purpose-built care home for Exemplar Health Care was designed to support adults with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities, and physical disabilities.
The 40-bed care home features spacious en-suite bedrooms arranged across four distinct units to foster a community-focused environment. This is based on four small, purpose-built clusters, creating a homely and supportive environment that’s more responsive to individual needs.
The home includes thoughtfully designed communal living and dining areas, sensory bathrooms, a therapy room, an activities hub, and a beauty salon, all tailored to enhance residents’ quality of life.
A large accessible garden further promotes wellbeing and engagement with nature.
The building was placed to preserve and enhance the tree-lined green corridor on the approach to Doncaster.
